As technology and consumer behaviour continue to evolve, organizations are putting more and more expectations on their marketing team. It begs the question – what is the role of the marketer in today’s world? Is “marketing” even the correct term any more?
Join us and our panel of experts on Wednesday, February 7 as the Calgary Marketing Association launches our new Panel and Power Hour series. Participants will get the opportunity to learn from our experts but also brainstorm these challenges with the peers at their table. It’s a chance to learn, network and participate in one of 2018’s top marketing challenges.

Suelyn Howe
Suelyn heads up the marketing for the advertising business at Microsoft across Canada. Her experience has seen her working in-house and agency side with the likes of Ogilvy and Edelman in China, Singapore and now Canada. Suelyn has been with Microsoft for over 4 years in a variety of roles from PR to Sales to Marketing.
The relationship consumers have with technology, and their evolving levels of comfort fascinates Suelyn. The thought of what, AI, IoT and machines, can do for productivity and brands puts marketers in a position to do brilliant things, or miss the boat completely.
