The Calgary Marketing Association hosts a variety of events throughout the year. These include

Facebook Live

CMA Facebook Live events bring world-class speakers and great Canadian success stories on key marketing topics; all of this offered up during your lunch break for free through an accessible online format.

These events take place 4 to 6 times per year at noon on a Wednesday.  Each presentation is 30 to 40 minutes in length followed by a Q&A by those listening in.

There is no cost, so grab your lunch, tune in on Facebook and BE INSPIRED!

Panel & Power Hour

The Calgary Marketing Association’s Panel & Power Hour Events are signature LIVE events that take place 4 – 6 times per year.  They are typically held in the evenings from 5pm – 7pm.  It’s our opportunity to provide thought leaders around some of the major challenges facing the marketing community and to give attendees the time to build their community, listen, brainstorm and interact on solutions to some top challenges facing marketers today.

This format consists of a panel of 3 to 4 experts who will share their insights on a certain topic.  When they are done, there will be time for a short Q&A from the audience before attendees will have a chance to brainstorm this issue with their peers at the table.  The event will end with a list of the top insights provided by both panel members and attendees on a key issue, allowing those in the room an opportunity to better themselves and their craft.

Signature Speaker Events

Learn valuable lessons and great success stories LIVE from our great marketing leaders.  These events take place sporadically and give marketers an opportunity to learn, ask questions and network with their peers.

Networking Events

A fun way to connect with others in the marketing community, our networking events take place in the evening in a cocktail or bar-like setting.  They are a chance to let your hair down, connect and share in a relaxed environment.

Partnered Events

The Calgary Marketing Association partners with other key conferences and events happening in the community.  These include The Gathering, SocialWest and The Post Forum.  Not only do we offer deals to these events to our members but you can often find and register for entrance to The CMA Hub.  A place to get away, grab some lunch and connect with others you have met during the conference.  It’s like your own VIP lounge near the action!
