DESCRIPTION:On May 17\, 2019\, as part of nabs Month\, nabs will be hosting a Resilience in the Workplace Workshop with special guest speaker Renee Charles. \nRenee Charles is a seasoned learning professional who is passionate about helping others successfully achieve their personal and professional performance goals. Renee brings many years of leadership and training experience\, with the last 12 years focused on learning and organizational development in various corporate settings. Renee challenges her learners to examine their thinking styles so they can get “unstuck”\, and see their situations through a different lens. \nThe topics that will be discussed are: \nFactors that contribute to resilience. \nHow your attitude\, actions\, and choices contribute to resilience. \nStrategies for how to skillfully cope with challenges. \nIn 2018 when Renee Charles spoke in Vancouver\, all attendees raved about her presentation and how applicable it was to their lives.
